Jesse and Cindy, co-founders of PowerHouse Life Cycle Inc., bring a unique blend of expertise to deliver tailored client solutions. With over a decade of experience in the gas and steam turbine power generation industry, Jesse specializes in consulting, engineering, and precision metrology, while Cindy manages internal operations and financials to ensure efficiency and transparency. Together, they provide personalized services designed to help clients achieve their goals with confidence.
Engineering Consultant - Owner
Jesse Cheeseman, P.Eng.
Jesse is a Mechanical Engineer with over a decade of experience in the gas and steam turbine power generation industry, having worked in the field since 2014. He excels at leading complex turbine outages and believes that steady, well‑executed improvements drive transformational results.
During nine years at FieldCore and General Electric, Jesse led 40+ gas and steam turbine outages. He founded PowerHouse Life Cycle Inc., where he now leads business operations and development, expanding engineering, consulting, and metrology services, and refining delivery and health & safety processes so the business stays flexible and can accommodate unique customer requirements.
Jesse holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta and is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.).

Shi (Cindy) Cheeseman, B.Comm
Cindy brings over a decade of experience in banking, investing, and financial operations since 2015. She ensures the business runs smoothly behind the scenes, with a strong focus on financial integrity, operational efficiency, and reliable service delivery.
By overseeing accounting, cash flow, vendor management, logistics, and banking relationships, Cindy helps create a stable and well-managed foundation that allows clients to receive consistent, dependable service. Her attention to detail and commitment to transparency support long-term relationships built on trust.
Cindy holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of Alberta, has passed the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level I exam, and is fluent in English and Mandarin.
